Mary Read

Mary is the daughter of a nobleman who works for the British government, named Fredrick Wilson. With Mary's real name being Lara Wilson. At a young age, Lara was always interested in pirates because of their ability to go and do whatever they want freely even though it was illegal. From time to time she would escape to the docks, to watch sailors come in and go.
At the age of 28, Lara was set to marry a nobleman named, Liam Gordon. However, she had other plans and in the night she snuck out to head towards to docks to become a pirate. Today, even though she is used to being a noble that won't stop her from getting her hands dirty, and is feared to be and one of the most notorious female pirates.
Elroy Strongarm
Starting as a cabin boy on The Queen Anne’s Revenge, one of Britain's largest warships. Elroy moved up the ladder by the sweat of his brow and the strength of his arms. However, as times changed and the army became fashionable for nobles instead of a functional way for commoners to enter a higher level of society. He ended up leaving the service of the British army because he felt as though he was surrounded by fake sailors. Elroy is now a proud member of The Pearl working as the third mate to Captain McKarken.

Captain McKaren
“Arr, how’s bout a bottle of rum?”
Captain Mckarn is the captain of The Pearl who likes to drink and find treasure. However, before he became the captain of a pirate ship he used to be the captain of a British navy ship, called Little Charity. Mckarn’s role was to transport important nobles from London and to the Caribbean. Even though he had to take care of vulgar noblemen, he loved his job as much as he does his liquor.
That was until one of the nobles named Connor Carter who was a noble closely related to the king. Got out of hand and treated his crewmates poorly. It's because of this he struck the man down and was tried for treason. During this time he decided that the government was unjust and decided to be a pirate.
Black Beard
“If I don't kill once in a while they won’t forget my name.”
Black Beard, one of the most notorious pirates to ever sail the seven seas. So powerful, they say, that treasure would just magically find its way onto his ship, and British vessels would sink in his presence. He loves his treasure, even more so than his crew. Even in the afterlife, Black Beard is not willing to easily part ways with his precious booty. With his dying breath, he placed a curse on his treasure, to be burdened on anyone that dares touch it.
Bellamy Draven

Because of Bellamy's exterior, he is rumored to be the most vicious person you will meet. However, he is just a silent teddy bear that keeps to himself. Before The Pearl, Bellamy used to work as a guard for many nobles in the Caribbean and London. After being let go, he had no place to call home. While working in a tavern he came across Mckaren who asked him the question, “have you ever thought about working for yourself and not for others?” Mckaren told him to join his crew and be free to do whatever he wants.
